II. SERVICES

Wonderful Transfer L&N provides private transport and transfer services in the Balearic Islands for individuals, families, companies, visitors and any customer who requires a comfortable, safe and punctual transport solution.

Our services may include airport transfers, hotel transfers, port transfers, event transfers, private routes, personalised journeys and transport services adapted to the needs of each client.

All services are subject to availability, route confirmation and prior booking.

III. BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings and confirmation

Bookings may be requested through the Wonderful Transfer website, by email, telephone or WhatsApp. A booking will be considered confirmed once Wonderful Transfer has accepted the request and the customer has received the corresponding booking confirmation. Where advance payment is required, the booking will only be considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including the pick-up location, destination, date, time, number of passengers, luggage, flight details and any special requirements. Customers must review the booking confirmation and notify Wonderful Transfer as soon as possible if they identify any incorrect information.

Hourly-disposal services

Chauffeur-at-disposal and hourly-disposal services are subject to a minimum booking duration of four (4) consecutive hours.

Booking modifications

Any request to change the date, time, route, number of passengers, vehicle or other booking details must be communicated as soon as possible.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in an adjustment to the final price.

Courtesy waiting time

All services include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the agreed pick-up time.

When the delay is attributable to the customer, the following waiting-time charges may apply:

If the delay is between 16 and 30 minutes, a charge equivalent to 30 minutes of waiting time will apply.
If the delay is 31 minutes or more, a charge equivalent to one hour of waiting time will apply.

Waiting-time charges will be calculated according to the applicable rate for the service booked.

For airport arrival services, customers must provide accurate flight information. Where the flight is delayed, Wonderful Transfer will adjust the pick-up time whenever the flight can be correctly monitored. The complimentary waiting period will begin from the adjusted pick-up time.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible through one of the official Wonderful Transfer contact channels. Cancellations communicated before the calendar day on which the service is scheduled will be free of charge. Cancellations made on the same calendar day as the scheduled service will incur a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total booking price. Where a refund is due, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, whenever technically possible. The time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider or banking institution.

No-show policy

For arrival services, if the customer fails to appear at the agreed pick-up location and cannot be contacted or located after reasonable attempts, the booking will be considered a no-show and 100% of the contracted service price will be charged.

For departure services, if the customer fails to appear at the agreed pick-up location and cannot be contacted or located after reasonable attempts, the booking will also be considered a no-show and 100% of the contracted service price will be charged.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid telephone number and remaining contactable at the scheduled pick-up time.

Number of passengers

The agreed price will remain unchanged if the final number of passengers is lower than the number originally included in the booking. Any increase in the number of passengers must be communicated in advance and will be subject to the authorised capacity and availability of the selected vehicle. A different vehicle or an additional charge may be required. Under no circumstances may the number of passengers exceed the legally authorised capacity of the vehicle.

Force majeure and circumstances beyond our control

Wonderful Transfer reserves the right to delay, modify or cancel a service due to force majeure, road closures, serious traffic disruption, adverse weather conditions, accidents, government restrictions, safety reasons, incorrect information provided by the customer or circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control. Whenever possible, Wonderful Transfer will inform the customer and offer a reasonable alternative.

IV. PRIVACY POLICY – DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable Spanish data protection regulations, users are informed that the personal data provided through this website will be processed for the purpose of managing booking requests, answering enquiries, providing transport services and maintaining commercial communication related to the requested service.

The data may include name, surname, email address, telephone number, pick-up and destination addresses, travel details and any other information necessary to manage the requested service.

The legal basis for processing the data is the user’s consent, the execution of a requested service and/or the fulfilment of legal obligations.
